Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Celestial Overview (the site). The site provides educational, non-predictive content about commonly discussed astrology topics. By using the site you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The materials here are offered for study, classroom use, and individual learning; they are not advisory, diagnostic, or predictive. Our goal is to share neutral, academically minded overviews and instructional resources. Use of site services such as workshops or curriculum design will be governed by separate agreements communicated before services begin.
Use and access
Access to the site is provided for educational purposes. Users may read, download, and print site materials for personal study or classroom use provided content is not modified and proper attribution is maintained where applicable. Users must not use materials for commercial resale or claim ownership of site content. Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, infringement, illegal activity, or for violating these terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access; scheduled maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect availability. If you engage our paid services, additional terms and service agreements will apply and will be provided before any paid engagement commences.
User responsibilities

When participating in workshops or classes, users must follow instructor guidelines and respect fellow participants. Materials provided as part of workshops may include proprietary course packets; those packets are licensed for use by participants for study and teaching with the expressed terms in their course agreement. Unauthorized distribution of proprietary course materials is prohibited. Users must also comply with applicable laws when sharing or reusing content and should ensure they have necessary rights for any third-party materials they provide during collaborative activities.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
While we strive for accuracy and clarity, Celestial Overview makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of site content for any specific purpose. All materials are provided "as is" for educational use only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celestial Overview and its affiliates disclaim liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its contents. For workshop participants, we limit liability as set forth in any separate service agreement. Governing law and changes

Disputes will be handled in appropriate courts in that jurisdiction unless another arrangement is agreed in writing. We may update these Terms to reflect changes in practice or legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
